Camping Rules – For a Pleasant Stay for Everyone

We’re happy to have you as our guest. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and your fellow campers, we kindly ask you to take the following into account.

Quiet evenings
Between 22:00 and 08:00, we observe quiet hours on the campsite. Because it’s very quiet here at night, sound travels far—even a friendly chat can disturb others. If you’d like to catch up, please do so before 22:00. Experiencing noise disturbance? Let us know, even at night via our emergency number (see your information booklet or the sign at reception). We are happy to help ensure a peaceful atmosphere.

Sound
To maintain a quiet environment, please do not play music or radio that can be heard outside your camping equipment. What’s enjoyable for one person can be bothersome to another.

Pitch setup
Upon arrival, you will receive instructions on how to position your camping equipment. Usually, this means placing it as far back as possible, parallel to the hedge. For caravans and motorhomes, this means stepping out onto a paved area. This area is also intended for your awning or canopy. Tents are placed here as well, to help preserve the grass. See our photo album for an impression.

Protecting the grass
To keep the grass healthy, materials like plastic, weed cloth, or woven mats are not allowed outside the paved area.

Awnings and canopies
An additional canopy in front of the awning is allowed as long as it has no sidewalls. The maximum depth of the awning is 3.5 meters. Awning and canopy together may be up to 5.5 meters deep. Double awnings and party tents are generally not permitted. Unsure about your setup? Feel free to ask us. We're happy to help.

Cars and parking
Each pitch allows for one car. Additional vehicles can be parked in the free parking area across from the campsite. Cars are not allowed on the trekkers’ field.

Visitors
Please register visitors at reception before 19:30. The fee is €1 per person (€0.50 for children under 13). They must leave by 22:00. If they stay later, they count as overnight guests. We kindly ask you to limit the total number of people per pitch to 6 at a time, including yourself.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. In high season, a maximum of one dog per pitch is allowed. In low season, up to two. Dogs must always be leashed. There is an off-leash area in the woods directly behind the campsite, up to the paved paths.

Barbecuing
Gas barbecues are always allowed. Charcoal barbecues are only allowed if conditions permit. Please check with us in advance. Be mindful of smoke and neighbours. Always place your barbecue off the ground. Stands are available at reception. Once cooled, charcoal can be disposed of with general waste. We follow the guidelines at natuurbrandrisico.nl. From risk level 2, charcoal barbecues are not allowed in our region.

Open fire
Open fires, including fire pits, are not permitted due to fire risk and smoke nuisance. If you have a closed fire system, please ask us whether it’s suitable.

Football
Football is only allowed in the playground near the two small goals. It is not allowed on the camping fields.

Air conditioning
Air conditioners are only permitted if they operate silently. Please check with reception in advance.

Waste
Please separate your waste. Paper and glass must be disposed of separately. Plastic can go with general waste and will be sorted later. You’ll find the bins near the sanitary building.

Electricity
All pitches are equipped with 6-amp power, which equals about 1350 watts. Check your appliances in advance. If the usage is too high, the fuse will trip. You can report power issues at reception or via the emergency number outside opening hours. You’ll find the number in the information booklet or on the info board.

Finally
If you have any questions or are unsure about something, don’t hesitate to ask. We’re happy to help.

We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
